Worst customer service, rude when I immediately notified upon pick up someone raided my car when it was in their possession. I will never go back.

The only place we take our car and truck. Always on time. Wouldn't go any place else for oil changes and repairs. When they fix your auto you know it's fixed and you don't have to return .

Had my truck for a month and than called and said they couldn't fix it.

The best place in Fairfield County to take your car or truck for service. Great work at a good price.

Howie and Seirra are great. Very professional and honest. They always fix things that other shops can’t. They don’t fix anything that doesn’t need fixed. I have been going there now for at least 5 years and am totally satisfied.

I had my 2007 Honda CRV in for oil/filter change, rotate tires and check the exhaust (loud). Kumler called and completed everything except the exhaust. They suggested to go to Tuffy to save money to have part of it cut out and replaced. Other mechanics would have just asked to replace the whole system. Kumler is an excellent automotive repair shop and will give you the best deal. Love them!!! Julann R Ohl

I had my vehicle taking to Kumler, which I've done several times. Usually a wonderful experience. This time though I was instructed that work would begin on Nov. 5th and should expect work to be completed by the 12th. Here it is the 26th of this month and still no car. I've contacted them several times and have been given various reasons why still not done. Was told someone would keep me updated, but haven't received any correspondence from there side. Obviously this is a very reputable shop but unfortunately will be the last time I choose to use their services. Seem to lack customer service skills
