THANKS KUMLER! We took my wife's Honda Civic in to get the rear brake rotors/pads replaced and to have them check a couple other repairs that the Honda dealership told us needed done along with a $1465 estimate. A couple hours after dropping off the car i got a phone call from the guy in charge (i think his name is Howie?) and he informed me that all the car needed was back brake pads and rotors and said "honestly i could not sell you the other parts they told you needed replaced because it's not necessary right now" HONEST-QUALITY work is why i will be taking our vehicles to Kumler from now on. THANKS!

Using Kumler was an amazing experience. Not only were they the only shop able to get my car looked at but they were able to have it back to me in less than a week. I highly recommend them and will use them again if ever need be.

Always friendly from the front desk to the front door. Responsive to questions. (Provided a car to drive on a previous visit) Incidentally this time I brought my bike, because Kumler did business through a window behind a table. Because of COVID-19 they were taking every precaution. On my way down the hill, as I passed the Kumler auto body location, my left pedal assembly completely dropped off. I put my mask on and went into the building to ask for assistance. A man from the front office came out, took my bike inside while I waited and reattached the pedal assembly. I offered him a five dollar bill, but he wouldn't take it. I mention this out of appreciation for a demonstration of people who care. Thanks again. Rich

Hello! We wanted to take a minute to let you know how pleased we are with the repairs you folks made to our black 2013 Ford Edge we had in your shop a couple weeks ago. The right front was damaged and repaired. Our Edge is a low mileage car always garaged and in fine condition. The repairs you made have maintained the integrity of the car without compromise. The body technicians, painters, cleanup guys, as well as the office and communication experience were top shelf and professional. The extra effort Keith put into finding OEM parts for us was welcome and very much appreciated. Our vehicle looks exactly as it did before the accident and drives just the same. The metallic content in the paint matches the original panels perfectly even in direct sunlight. The repairs were made exceptionally fast and we were without the vehicle for only a short time. Kudos to all the folks at Kumler collision for a job well done. We will recommend your shop to anyone who asks without hesitation. Thank you very much!
